L’Oréal Signs Development Deal for Biotech Ingredients

L’Oréal has signed an agreement with Debut, a San Diego-based vertically integrated biotechnology company, to develop more than a dozen bio-identical ingredients that will replace conventionally sourced ingredients currently used in skin, hair, color cosmetics and fragrance formulas.
